SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION

1. SHIPPING PROCESS
    • We aim to have all orders shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment, from Monday to Saturday, 10.00am to 5.00pm, and excluding Bank Holidays. All items are sent using a tracked service. 
    • Standard delivery is usually received within 5 working days, and first class delivery is usually received within 2 working days of posting.

    Small Parcel

    Most items will fall into the Small Parcel category, small hats, fascinators, tiaras, jewellery, accessories and most outfits.

    This size parcel will be required for large wedding hats and large headpieces that do not fit within the small parcel size.

    Special Delivery

    Special Delivery will be applied to all outfits with a value over £450.

    Local Delivery – Grimsby, Cleethorpes and surrounding villages between Cleethorpes and Barton Upon Humber

    For a minimum spend of £30, orders can be delivered locally for just £1.

    2. RETURNS PROCESS

      We hope you love your purchase, however, if you feel it is not suitable, items must be returned within 14 days of order delivery. 

      • To start the returns process contact Hats & Tiaras by emailing info@hatsandtiaras.co.uk within 7 days to request a refund.
      • Returns can be brought to the shop Free of Charge.
      • Returns through the post are made at customer’s own cost.
      Condition of returned items:
      • All returns must not have been worn or used, other than trying on for suitability purposes.
      • All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact. Tags must not be removed, or they will not be eligible for return.
      • If trying on tiaras or jewellery, there must be no contact with hairspray, perfumes or lotions.
      Items that are not eligible for returns:
      • Earrings – Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings.
      • Customised/Bespoke Items – We are not able to accept returns on any items that have been customised or specifically made to order for you.
      • Tags Removed – Items that have had their tags removed will not be eligible for return.
      Items damaged in transit:
      • If your item has been damaged in transit, please email Hats & Tiaras (info@hatsandtiaras.co.uk) within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged goods.
      • Once confirmed, please follow the returns process below.
      How to return:
      • After you have emailed to request your refund, re-pack the item in the original packaging, fully tagged.
      • If returning to shop, just pop in with your parcel and your refund will be processed.
      • If returning by post, please cover your own address label, and return to:

      • Return your parcel and obtain a proof of postage receipt. Keep this safe until your refund has been processed.  A tracked delivery service is recommended as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
      3. REFUNDS
      • We aim to have refunds processed within 7 working days.
