Beautiful Kevan Jon navy Safia flare dress with detachable cape. Featuring a striking bow detail on the dress, and has pockets. The cape drapes across the shoulders the ties through a loop at the back for a dramatic effect. The dress can be worn with or without the cape, giving the option of two different looks.
